Just had my eyelash lift the second time, couldn't be any happier! Beauty therapist Larissa is always professional, uses good quality products, leaving my end result outstanding. Would highly recommend this salon to everyone!
Ive been coming here since I moved to Yorkshire in a September. After having the same nail tech down South for a long time, I was quite hesitant. The girls at Q61 are one of a kind and I genuinely look forward to going in for my appointments every few weeks! Heather, especially, who does my nails is insanely talented and a truly lovely woman. The girls are all so welcoming there - its helped me settle into Yorkshire and feel a lot more confident. I couldnt recommend this place more! Everyone is an absolute star, 5 stars doesnt feel enough. Extremely glad I found the salon and I will most definitely be a forever regular.UPDATE - I've updated my score after my last experience here. I have had no issues whatsoever with the technician who done my nails, but a lack of training and care for training meant I was in every week for repairs. I really get on well with my technician and I felt awful going back to see her so regularly when I knew she was doing her best. It was pulled up that I was having free repairs, which I think is more than fair after having a nail technician carry out sculpted nails she'd never done before and having them break every few days. The company weren't on board to have her trained in this, even though me and multiple other customers were coming back to have this service done. It seems they care more about making money than customer retention. I've cancelled my next appointment and have unfortunately had to take my services elsewhere. I can't fathom paying the prices Q61 charge for underqualified staff and no security that the teething problems associated with training staff will be covered at no further costs. I'd like to make it clear that my issue is *not* with the technician, but how the company run in regards to retention and care of their customers.
I had an amazing experience with my lashes and eyebrows, Larissa is a great therapist and super friendly person to talk to. All the staff were super friendly and will definitely be returning! Thanks for making me feel super cute!
I always wanted to get my lashes curled and dyed and after a lot of research chose Q61. They are fantastic - no more mascara! Great service and fab location. Would highly recommend Q61 - hi girls!
Had a couple of treatments at Q61 prior to attending a wedding this summer; excellent location, excellent service from all the team and excellent treatments. Nails seem to last an age before having to be redone - which was great! The team are welcoming and couldnt ask for, or say, any more.
