Great little site, value for money with helpful staff, shower block basic but always clean.Handy bus service and trains into leeds.Aldi within 3 miles. Train noise yes and motorbikes, but not detrimental to stay. We highly recommend.
Nice spot for our firat trip out as campers. The place is a mecca for motorbikes so was quite noisy in the day. Cafe is a bit spit and sawdust but we had solid, hot food for 2 plus a beer and had change from 15. It had loads of character. Pitch was secured with a barrier and was clean and level.

Camped here for one night for our DofE, and it was really great. The bathroom facilities were fantastic, but were a long trek from the tents (the only issue imo). Cheap price paid, and I was thankful that we got to use actual toilets/sinks. The area that we camped in was really peaceful and, surprisingly, most of us got a good night's sleep. Would definitely go back here again.
