Got a letter to make an appointment to see a doctor called into the surgery made appointment to see doctor 10 days later went this morning to be told my appointment was for the nurse asked could I see doctor no can I have a telephone appointment yes next Thursday REALLY this mistake was yours not mine good job it's only my thyroid blood test they needed to discuss I'm furious this happens everytime Wake Up. I would not recommend this practise to anyone on the 20th doctor rang to discuss the result and upped my thyroid medication I'd forgotten about the other reason I'd asked for a blood test went to the walk in service on the 24th asked again about the blood test the reply only one test was done but they could give me a note to have it done at the A&E hospital the reason you go to a doctor is to safe valuable resources Or I could make another appointment on my way out. The time line for this is 1st visit 30th November final visit 24th December 1 out of 2 requested tests (on one sample of blood) I've nearly lost the will to live.
Never an appointment u can't get through on the phone and they do referrals and meetings that never get done
Absolutely shocking service from the receptionist. Never encountered such rude, bad mannered behaviour from a professional before. Its diabolical. This woman really does need some training on customer service skills. She is definitely in the wrong profession !!!
