Absolutely abysmal experience. On the first time I managed to book him, he didn't turn up on the day he had said, but then text the following morning to say he could come. I was desperate for hot water so agreed. He told me the work that needed doing and that he would contact my landlord. Took him serveral days to do so but then had agreed to come the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and by about 4pm I rang and he said he would be here about 6-6.30. didn't say there would be a chance he wouldn't be able to make it so I carried on waiting. Still a no show. Called the following day only to be told he had a personal emergency, and he'd ring me that afternoon. Never did ring me. An absolute joke of a service and probably the worst service I've ever received from anyone. No idea where all of these five star reviews have been plucked from but do not use this cowboy.
Stephen did a great job putting new sockets and spot lights in our new kitchen, arrived on time at each appointment left a great job will definitely use again
Arrived late, did not clean up after, then the next time wanted to change appt the day before after waiting 2 weeks, but did a good job I guess.
Polite, friendly and efficient service. I used Steven when I had a fault with my lighting at home. He was very helpful over the phone, out in the same day and got it sorted and the call out charge was nothing like what other people was wanting. Thanks
After using another company and not feeling like they was being honest with me I decided to get a couple more opinions which left me using Steve. He was very honest with what was wrong and very efficient in getting the problem rectified. The price was also very good compared to others that I received. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again, does what he promises and gets the job done for the price quoted. Thanks so much for your efforts Steve, will be in touch in the future!!
