We recently purchased a bed settee and some dining chairs, plus a few smaller items on next couple of visits.Then asked if we could return a couple of unused items, as we had made an error on colour choice.We probably met 4 0r 5 staff on our visits and the staff have been exceptional in MOORTOWN. Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, courteous, efficient. Fantastic! Well done (esp. Jenny)
I have wasted three week days, one weekend day, driven over 10 hours out of way and made numerous phone calls dealing with Panther Logistics to take delivery of my Habitat sofa. Panther have now let me down on 5 separate occasions over the last month with virtually zero communication throughout apart from updates to their online delivery platform (which I had to log onto to access) minutes before or after the item was supposed to arrive. I am still not in receipt of my Hendricks Sofa despite ordering it 4 months ago and it being ready for delivery for over 6 weeks. I have had the displeasure of five different pathetic excuses from them; Location inaccessible, then quickly changed to couldnt find address, item loaded onto wrong pallet and now some misroute/item is in the wrong depot excuse! It has been so farcical that the item was returned to Habitat to book it out for redelivery but since then there has been two further delivery failures! There is absolutely no way that I would consider buying anything from Habitat ever again to avoid dealing with their incompetent woeful logistics partner who are quite easily the worst company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with!
