Highly recommended.Simon helped with a calf strain that was causing me a lot of pain and preventing me from training for a 10K race. After a thorough assessment, Simon provided me with a detailed strengthening and stretching plan and within a couple of weeks, I was able to run the Leeds Abbey Dash with no pain whatsoever.
Very professional service. Simon Glover has recently helped me with an injury in the build up to the Great North Run.My training had been hampered by this. Simon identified the issue and provided suitable treatment as well as a programme to follow between appointments. After being shown suitable stretches etc I was able to get training again and successfully completed the run.
