Just seen one driver in a blue car/mini bus Morley car stickers on doing well over 40 in 20 zone on peel street dangerous driving could of killed someone called them and spoke to women and got told it not ours.then put on hold and Then oh he's not working today but I'll tell management. So be careful as using cars/mini buses in own time doing double speed limits wouldn't recommend
We use this company all the time. Booked a taxi on news years eve before midnight. We always prebook. We were not advised of the extortionate rate we would be charged for the taxi. It was 6 more than our usual cost for the same journey. The taxi driver didnt say about the increased rate either. Wont be using them again. We used Amber cars on the way back and was only charged 1 extra and was advised there would be an increase cost, this was after midnight. What I dont understand is why on their busiest night of the year they need to increase the rates.
Absolutely rubbish. Rung for a taxi and got the response 'we'll get one to you as soon as possible.' After 20 minute wait I ring back to be told I can't get one to you for another half hour....why didn't they tell me 50 minutes at the outset!!
Absolutely terrible service. Woman on phone extremely rude. Didn't send a taxi. Each time we phoned was given another time and location of the taxi that was due to pick up. One eventually turned up on the road and turned around and drove off!! When phoned the office was given abuse by the operator!
I pre ordered a taxi and it finally arrived half an hour late which made me late for my appointment, won't be using this firm again!
