Too busy working on their social media profile to form any kind of relationship with their clients. Promised lots, delivered little... except an invoice worthy of 3 times the work done. Terminated these guys 12 months ago, in person by telephone and also by email. Still asking for payment 12 months later. Didnt even seem to realise Id let them go. No attention to detail. Not good when the position of a decimal point could mean so much!!! Avoid.

Terrible service, didn't have a clue about our industry, but didn't feel like they even tried. Took whole years accounts upfront(wasn't particularly cheap either) promised loads of support/advice, didn't deliver on any of it. Our accounts were in a bit of a mess to start, they are worse now. Russell is a great salesman doesn't care about his clients.

Arranged a phone appointment, I took time in between clients to ensure that I would be free & then they never bothered to call at the agreed time. Wont be using their services if thats my first impression. Highly unprofessional.

Russel Smith and his team have been fantastic helping me setup my LTD company. They went through everything clearly and concisely, all with enthusiasm gusto! No matter the amount of questions or emails i asked/sent they have always been more than happy to help and assist.I can now concentrate on my business knowing my Accounts are in very safe and proffesional hands.
