I have not had a dealing with this company other than I had the misfortune to be close to the driver of one of their trucks BD1*VLU (I'm sure a kd manager will work this out!) in a traffic queue driving through Leeds on the A64 on 20th Dec at about 7pm. The driver of the recovery truck was totally reckless - throwing the truck about like it was a race car. He accelerated hard toward the vehicles in front, hammering the brakes at the last second, and then switching his breakdown warning amber lights on to intimidate the target vehicle - it worked. I watched him do this to about 4 cars. He was so keen to change lanes randomly as he pushed his way through the traffic, that he very nearly clipped the front of my vehicle with the back of his truck because of his lane-changing/weaving recklessness. I actually don't know why I didn't dash cam him and send it to the police. I'm not sure whether he had been to a Christmas party and had a few beers before getting into his truck, or was just in a rush to get home; but I have to say that I would not trust this driver to recover my car, and therefore I would not trust this company.Sorry guys, but your drivers should learn to behave when they are in a truck emblazoned with company graphics. 1 star... Or less.

Brilliant service. Randy really went the extra mile for me when the brakes seized and I was far from home. Car fixed on a Sunday and my weekend saved!
