Without my car over a week.My car went in this place for a new clutch and flywheel, replaced the old flywheel, couldn't be sure if clutch is new.My car was returned damage and broken, driving back to garage to complain items dropping out of the engine, bolts, engine parts, shocking.Deep scratches everywhere, bumper hanging off and marks where screw driver been, bonnet cable cut in half, arm holder broken off.Protected cover under car replaced not with original screws but plastic tie wraps, battery left unsecured, inside engine cover put back bolts missing, protected plastic covers (wheel arch) Both side at the front ONE SCREW replaced all the rest missing.Brand new wheel brace taken from my car plus my phone charger and my multi tool (theft)After complaining the manager basically told me I had done it myself and was lying. The garage has one Polish guy who works alone and actually sleeps in the reception area, trust me he is NOT A mechanic. The owner has asked me to send him the pictures I took of all the damage, I reported the items stolen from the car and basically he didn't believe me, absolutely DISTGUSTING i have given the Police a list of the stolen items Nothing resolved yet but my car is not safe to drive. Police escort to get home after parts dropping out of engine.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.
Good job, half price quoted elsewhere. He does talk a lot, I was there for 10 minutes and I know he has a horse and a dog, he worked for the AA, goes on holiday to Egypt, might not like poor children, isn't happy about his weight, four times not happy, his friend owns an A4 he bought for 7K....these are just the outlines of the things I learnt. I on the other hand I know he doesnt know the Yorkie slogan and got him to pick things off the floor for me, you have to amuse yourself right ;-) 5 stars - recommended if its in convenient location for you.
Dogey garage would not recommend claiming that they done work on my car that was not done and now the car is back in with vw for engine rebuild thats was meant of been done by this garage and I have proof to prove it
Sorry don't know why it comes up with Paul mason as I'm sue Bingham .. Just to say the guys have looked at my car engine .. Found it was all a mess inside with the wrong pipes and things missing.. The guys sorted it and was very cheap and honest as I'm a single mum and like a lot of women , don't know much about cars .. If it wasn't for these guys at the shop on scot hall road mine and my children's life could have been in danger.. Thankyou to these guys .. I'm sticking with them from now on that's for sure
