I have attended this dentist for 7+ years.Over the past year,the decline is shocking.Never get to see the same dentist,as they appear to leave every 6 months.I arrived this morning,a few minutes early,to be told that I had got the wrong day.Somebody called me yesterday to confirm my appointment for today!Then I was asked to go back at 2:30pm,which wasn't convenient,as I was going into work.My scale and polish doesn't appear to have been done to a very good standard.I feel the dentist's are more interested in selling cosmetic treatments,than doing a good job.This dentist is in a poor area.I very much doubt that any of their clients would have the money for the expensive treatments they are trying to flog.I certainly wouldn't go here for it.John was an excellent dentist.It's a shame he left.
I have been going to Compton for the last 6 years and was treated very well. Then there he comes a new dentist as it's often happens down there. For the last three appointments with him, he has not done anything. I mean nothing. My teeth are packed with plaques but he doesn't care. The last time I went, he took photography of my to show me there are some stain that need removing via airflow cleaning for 75. That's all he did. When I mentioned the plaques he just said all that will be done the day I come back for the 75 airflow cleaning. For that I was asked to pay 21. It is a disgrace. I feel like all he cares about was making some money. Glad he is shifting to Birmingham end of the year.

Been trying to ring the dentist for 23 minutes now and still no answer. It states I have been number one in the call queue since I have been holding. It also refers you to the online booking system but even this will not find my records. Very poor service
