Avneet has always been fab! I cant fault her one tiny bit! I was switched over to Simon and hes appalling. I had a panic attack and they said I didnt have to carry on just then with my treatment so I went home. The next time I was booked in for treatment I had flu really bad! Knowing there is a lot of elderly people that go I didnt go as I didnt want to make them Ill. The surgery knew this and told me if you dont come, you will still be registered at this surgery, just not with Simon.. thats fine as hes not really caring of his patients anyway. I then received a letter to say I am no longer registered at the surgery for been ill. So not only do they NOT care about other patients vulnerability to illnesses, they arent very friendly to ill people who need treatment sorted. If Simon wasnt so rough with the needle, I wouldnt have panic attacks everytime I thought of visiting him! This has been my dental surgery since I was little! Now this is the 2nd time Ive been kicked out for something that wasnt my fault. The first time was because a very unprofessional receptionist was too busy flirting to sign me in after Id just trailed all the way from hospital IN SLOW LABOUR to not get seen! Now this because apparently I asked to be poorly to the point I struggled to get out of bed! Ridiculous!
Absolute waste of time!! Everytime I make a family appointment they cancel it on the day due to unforseen circumstances and they dont care that you have arranged time off work and the logistics getting everyone there. Very poor show........
My Experience with mydentist for evry transaction have been a worst disappointment..1).Have waited for nearly an year to get appointment for my 2 children...Even after visiting personally to fill the forms and register for 4 of us..they registered for only the children and while issuing appointment slips issued for two , but had booked the appointment for only 1 child..This was known to us only after reaching on the said appointment date and as per their regular practise did not even bother or care to explain..(attidue to get lost..this is how we work).. was forced to book an alternate appointment after another 4 months...2) Booked the appointment for me and my spouse and we reached on the appointment date ( travelled 2 hours fighting the beast of the east snow day ) and cooly they mentioned the doctor have not turned up. There were no email or text or call to indicate the same in advance or on that said date atleast...Their response again was get another appointment booked..for after 2 months. 3. In the last appointment we reached 15 minutes late ( searching the entire crossgates for their postcode which ends atleast half a mile away from their actual place) and when asked for an option to accomodate within the available time...their response was ..no questions asked and after making us wait for another 15 minutes...they mentioned not to see us and asked us to leave the premises and de registered all of our names from the Mydentist Registry and made us to leave the premises....Thanks for the excellent professional service.. We have got the feel of actual working of NHS and no surprise from what we have been hearing around... Above all none of the above services are free... You pay to get these experiences...Great Job...
What a waste of my time registered as a new patient on line and got an appointment back .Also had another message to confirm my appointment.Turned up at the surgery to be told it had been cancelled as they are not seeing new patients until January. Did nothave a phone call or message to say it was cancelled.Why are you wasting people's time by letting them register and get an appointment when you clearly are not taking patients on until January.What a waste of my time and clearly been a very anxious patient you don't know what this has put me through.
