One of the bigger stores with a good range of clothing. Took back a sweater that had pilled and shrunk after washing according to instructions. Has lost receipt but no problem. A very helpful assistant apologised for the inconvenience of bringing it back and refunded my money in cash.
Brilliant service, given help to order on line when the size I needed wasn't in stick. Was able to collect for free, my item only 24 hours later in Wakefield
I love M&S and always call in when I am in town. On this particular day I only went into the food court as I cannot resist their food. I would recommend this shop as they are such good quality and their customer service is impeccable.
This is a big M&S. There are 3 large floors and you can get absolutely everything from here. It even has travel money and it's M&S food at the bottom floor. It's well located with several entry points via the Trinity or from outside.
I will only put 5 star due to the fact it hasn't done wrong to me, but they charge over the odds as it really is based around the older generation. But I do love going in
