Unfortunately continue to receive unfriendly and passive aggressive receptionists on the phone which, especially when feeling under the weather, exacerbates the situation to a degree. I find this disappointing as whenever I visit the practice itself the advice offered by the doctors is amazing.
Good service when you actually get there, but a really poor system for booking appointments. If you want one, your going to have to get up at 6am on a weekday and then queue outside in the freezing cold for over 30 minutes sometimes. Basically, if you're actually really ill it is REALLY difficult to be seen and you're probably going to spread whatever you have to a some other unfortunate people in the process.
Outstanding level of service. I want to mention in particular Dr Jermey Anderson. I have on going health problems since 2014 and he has gone above and beyond. Also would like to mention on reception Tracey she is very welcoming and accomodating
The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's annoying you have to get up so early for a same day appointment, but it's easy to book appointments in advance by calling up. The doctors are good at following up on appointments.
