Popped in following some issues with the battery life on my watch. I was seen within 2 minutes by Laura who did her best to help. They couldn't resolve my issue as it wasn't related to the device itself but they gave me some useful info which is about all they could do at the time. Every staff member seemed to know what they were doing & were keen to help which is great when they knew I wasn't there to buy anything. I'd definitely purchase an item from here in the future.
What a stunning store. Fantastic service throughout, tv section is great and the staff are more than willing to answer all questions. Im will be returning next week to get my first Samsung phone. Top marks to the manager, this team is well prepared to handle your needs.
