Had a less than pleasant interaction with a staff member, wearing a branded sweatshirt - older gentleman, very rude. Definitely expect higher standards from someone "on a job" representing a company.
Thanks very much for a speedy and efficient service.We could not lock our double glazed door. We called Access just before 9.00 am and we were told that a locksmith would be with us before 11.00 am. Locksmith and assistant arrived at approximately 10.00 am, very quickly changed the lock and were on their way at about 10.30 - and the cost was not as expensive as I expected.I would happily recommend Access to anyone.
Arrived as planned.very polite and cheerful.replaced front door lock .in mins..good price. 3rd time if used them for other lock probs...first rate every time
