Poor service and the key did not work
Called In the shop for some advice , and was greeted by some unhelpful angry short man with a chip on his shoulder
First class service so do not understand the review scores - goes to show not to always go by the scores. Fast service, really helpful advice, could have charged for whole new mechanism but reliably informed me that a repair was as good, which it was. In this age when people are ripping people off it is lovely to use someone who has values. They also sorted my son's car fob out and again brilliant result and total customer satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Brilliant friendly service - really impressed. The owner obviously loves his trade and it showed in his enthusiasm and breadth of knowledge to help me (and the other customers in the shop). He matched my parts perfectly( i have non standard locks so was struggling to find replacement parts in all the major high street stores ) ; no pressure sales and advice freely given.If ever need a lock or advice I would look no further than this great family business. Recommended!
