Called in to get some ABS keys cut. Sorted quickly while i waited. Also had them out to fix my alarm which hasn't been working for a year. All done and dusted in an hour. Great service!
Really disappointed with my experience - saw all the good reviews, and expected much better.Got in touch with them in September for some new locks, CCTV, door entry and safe. Man came to do a survey, then promised to send through a quote the next day by email. Quote never arrived, so I called back a month later, requesting a quote again. No one in able to help and promised to call me back. They never did, so I called again a week later, only to be told that yes, my quote had been sent out, but they couldn't find any info on the system...I know that sometimes, things go wrong, so them one more chance, and asked them to send me a new quote, which they promised the next day. It never arrived. Called back a week later and first they told me that the quote hadn't arrived because 'John had been busy', and then had the audacity to suggest that someone had already tried to come and fit my safe (which I hadn't had even had a quote for, let alone ordered), but I wasn't in at the time...!A complete waste of my time.
Absolutely fantastic staff couldn't help enough. Had the opportunity to pick and replace a lock and instead cut me a key at a fraction of the price to replace the lock. Genuine and honest. Would definitely use again if necessary.
