Delivery took 45 minutes longer than promised and then they forgot 2 parts of our order. I was challenged over the phone when I called to advise and it was hard work convincing them to send out the missing food. No apology or any level of customer service so I won't be ordering from them again
The chicken is disgusting it's dripping with grease and the batter is soft and wet. Also incredibly cramped and small and they don't accept card. Fries are nice though
Ordered food at 4:21 (took an hour). I rang and placed the order they read the order back to me etc etc. The order came and it was wrong. Rang straight away to inform 2 drinks and a meal was missing. I was told "can't we sort it next time" bare in mind I paid... for my order. I informed them this was unacceptable. The owner of the shop refused to put this issue right...
