If you absolutely MUST have a puppy and refuse to adopt a rescue dog, then choose a breed and spend MONTHS researching that breed. Research the Kennel Club standards so you can spot any faults, research the genetic conditions and diseases that that breed is predisposed to. Find a breeder who can show you the mother and the father, or the mother and at least photos of the dad with a stud receipt and proof of bloodlines. Ask that breeder to show you the health tests of the parents for things like hip dysplasia, deafness etc. Ask to see the health tests of the puppies if they apply e.g. ear tests in dalmation puppies. Make sure the puppies vaccinations and worming are up to date, and that the breeder has had them microchipped (this is a legal requirement). Then, and only then, will you be 100% sure youve purchased a healthy puppy and not inadvertently supported a dodgy puppy mill or backyard breeder. DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM THIS PLACE EVER EVER EVER. Regardless of them being regulated and inspected. Chocolate is regulated and inspected but its still allowed to have a certain amount of insect parts in it. That means nothing, it means they do the bare minimum to pass inspections. Im prepared for the keyboard warrior comments and desperate drivel from the owner of this disgusting establishment that is thankfully close to failure, so bring it. If youd like any other information on how to find a reputable breeder and purchase a puppy responsibly please feel free to contact me!
I was totally shocked when I saw the poor and filthy conditions those poor puppies were being kept in and when I questioned staff regarding this matter .. they became very abusive. I certainly will not be visiting this disgusting place ever again ..
Nice place just didn't have what I wanted
I think it's a bit expensive here but well stocked. Shame they don't price compare it cost them a sale from me.
Staff not always so helpful. Generally over prices. Only go to buy food for my dog with sensitive stomach as this is unfortunately the only place I can get it. Do not condone use of puppy farmed dogs. The one thing i do appreciate is a loyalty scheme where you can earn money back if regularly buy the products.
