HE IS PRACTICALLY JESUS. 2 months of no heating or hot water in a stone cottage in winter, numerous plumbers had looked at the boiler and were unable to diagnose the problem this fantastic man did it in under half an hour, even went and bought the part and fitted the same day!! Friendly and professional, very well priced. Genuinely could not be happier. I will be using Steve for all future services, fittings and repairs. Could not be happier.
Excellent service, reasonable price - came to service my boiler, did most of the service and had to stop because of an access problem (cabinet fitted round the boiler was too close and the door couldn't be opened). I had the problem rectified and gave Steve a call, he came round at the next available slot he had and completed the service, no call out charge just finished the job - great to have a tradesman with integrity!!! Thoroughly recommend, he is absolutely in my phone as go to Plummer!!!
