Arrived 1 minute after closing time and for was locked lights were off and no one was there. Makes me think they closed early.
Slow service and they happen to lose packages.
Tried calling, unable talk to a person and nothing on the machine relates to my problem. I even tried doing a survey at the end, but they played music for so long I cut the phone.
It does the job that it's there for, but for collecting parcels the opening hours really aren't good - there's only 1 day of the week that they are open later than 2pm.
This place has improved over the years by extending its opening times,so people don't have to get up at the crack of noon.easy place to get to if you know the roads,Meanwood road access not scotthall road which it faces.small office that used to smell but seems OK now.very heavy door which is pants for the lesser muscled among us.staff efficient and pleasant enough.
