Parklane is definitely a must consider agency if you are looking for a new home. Their properties are very well maintained at high standards. Their staff are very well trained and extremely polite and helpful. I was dreading moving into a new house, but the staff made sure my moving was as swift and comfortable as possible. I made so many requests that have been met with absolute care and respect. Any maintenance required is usually carried out within a short period of time. I recently renewed my contract for the next year and will definitely do so for the one after.
Parkland have been decent so far, dealing with Chantelle has been easy and professional. It seems the only let downs have been by the subcontractors Hive that usually turn up at stupid oclock in the morning or dont do the jobs needed, but gets done when reported again (not an issue). The property rented needs some work as is an old house but nothing that really impacts on living. All in all Im getting what i pay for i guess and in my eyes it worth it the money..
