Service was rubbish.
A similar experience to the other negative comments. Staff ignores you and don't look as if they are willing to help...

Staff are amazing! My girlfriend was very happy with her new winter boots.
When I entered the store I was'nt welcomed into the store because they were busy talking to each other (staff) about what they done last night in the club. The store was busy with customers (on saturday) want to spend money on shoes. They were not bothered about customers. What kind of customer service to these staff have at dune? Rude staff. Please avoid this store in Leeds. There are better store to stop at in Leeds.
