Good quality shoes, if you need the comfort for your feet, unfortunately they're very expensive
Very disappointed with service and complaints handling. I have spent over 2000 on ECCO shoes for the past year. One problem and they refuse to help in any way. It is a real shame, great shoes, but poor management. I hope your head quarters find out about this problem and will work on it. Don't raise customer expectations and then say: "Sorry, we can't help". Terrible experience.
