They will vouch for you in your time of need and look after their customers. Amazing service and brilliant staff, especially when things go wrong. I had my passport stolen delaying my flight out but these helpful polite and lovely staff all got involved sorting my flights out and getting me on the next possible flight asap with minimal stress. They even spoke and dealt with airline for me and I just felt nothing was too much hassle for them. I'm so glad I booked with them as they have really looked after me and my wife and it has made the whole situation so much less stressful. Personal thanks to branch staff Hannah and Adam who have spent most of the day on phone to me in order to enable me to get to Australia after all. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
I have used flight centre in Leeds by phone for a number of years, why?. Because they have always been friendly and gone beyond a normal service. Calls to us if there were was no response to an email to do with changes in flight times and a call to see how the holiday went. A Supurb service!!. For more than eight years I have always been happy to go straight to them. So today as usual I contacted them and was told we don't price match anymore and the service reflects the price. Don't get too wrapped up in that as my whole family got upgraded to business class on a flight when a company changed the time and we were not informed. Yes, I agree the service has been good, but this is business and I'm not paying 100 more than I can get the same flight elsewhere. So no more a valued customer 924 for the flights or i book on line with travel bag or travel trolley 834.94. An awkward silence and I even said sorry I'll have to book elsewhere. The sudden realisation I was now a none profit call was so obvious , I feel betrayed. No more jovial interaction just cold silence. The very fact this company did price matching kept them competitive, obviously. If this company was a Plc and had shares I'd pull the lot today. Sad but true.
Amazing service whilst booking our Vietnam holiday with the Flight Centre in Leeds. We simply provided the dates that we wanted to travel and a perfect itinerary was then put together for us using their expert knowledge. Not only was this great value for money but also allowed us to make the most of our 2 week trip. It also completely took the stress out of holiday planning, knowing that every little detail had already been organised. Staff were always super responsive and helpful to any questions that we had, often going above and beyond to provide us with specific information. We will certainly be using this well trusted Flight Centre store to book future flights and holidays and have recommended to our friends that they do the same.
