Just returned from a 2 week holiday in the Canadian Rockies and would like to thank Loretta for the excellent planning of the holiday of a lifetime. Everything ran like clockwork and we cannot thank her enough.

Ignored by all the staff when we went in. We decided to try a second time later in the day and were ignored again, not even a hello! Some staff were on the phones others weren't and there were only one other couple in the shop. Even if its busy I expect better customer service than that, just being acknowledged would have been nice.
Trailfinders were excellent, a last minute booking to Thailand (Booked on Wends, flew Sunday) great hotel, transfers on time and flights were perfect. A most professional company to deal with Mr Black in their Leeds office was speedy and helpful. will use Trailfinders again next time.
