Delicious food but what really stood out was the excellent service and friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommended!
As a Leeds resident I can honestly say this is the best Sunday dinner you'll get in the city centre (even if it's a few minutes walk). Well worth the money and an excellent range of local and international beers
Really nice pub, great history, friendly staff, very different to your usual chain rubbish that seem to be everywhere nowadays. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. Definitely going back next time I'm out in town.
Good Sunday roasts and a wide selection of drinks. It's dog friendly and child friendly and has a relaxed atmosphere. A great city centre pub
Good solid traditional pub. Good beers on. Decent food. Lots of seating and rooms to tuck yourself away in. Decent function room upstairs for not too much. I probably wouldn't wile away an entire evening here but it's definitely worth a pint or two.
