Busy when I was there on a Thursday evening in November. Nice place, a bit noisy. Food good but not much veggie choice. Had a soup from the Christmas menu which was far too rich and made me ill.
Popped in for a late brunch about 11.30am on a Sat. Nice venue and great service but I must admit I was a little underwhelmed by the quality of my full English (the sausages were excellent though). My wife really enjoyed her avocado/eggs/toast brekkie. I'd recommend.
Haven't eaten here for a very long time, after it being a regular spot. Returned last weekend for a 100+ person function and the food was outstanding. Steaks cooked to order, flawless service.. massively impressed. I find the atmosphere in the upstairs room a bit stifling, but can't wait to return for a "normal" dining session now.
Excellent upmarket lunch venue. Great menu with plenty of variety and so close to Leeds Central Railway Station. As a Yorkshireman I have to say not the cheapest place to dine but given that it is in the epicentre of Leeds it is good value for money. Happy to eat there anytime.
Wow amazing place had the 3 course lunch menu even got 30 off for having an individual card due to a special offer when signing up normally its 20 off so we knew were in for a great meal. I had chicken skewers served with yoghurt sauce so so tasty. Then had iron steak in butter sauce again very tasty and to finish the chocolate fondant it had pure chocolate sauce with hints of orange and honeycomb with pistachio ice cream. I will 100% be back my only concern was that the staff didnt inform me of a service charge on the bill of 10% was optional but didnt see it until I paid. So make sure to look at that first I didnt like to pay extra without being told as I like to pay tip on my own decision and in cash. But I will be back again with 5 stars.
