Very friendly staff & an excellent dentist, some of these comments are laughable, it's not like going for a haircut.. Mr Angry of Middleton lol..
Absolutely disgusting. Over half an hour late, we werent even told that the dentist was running late when we turned up 10mins early for the appointment. That would have made things slightly better. In any other industry you would get crucified for this. Shocking customer service. All this causing us to be late for plans after our check up
I have been with this surgery for a few years now and have never had any issues-the Doctors are always helpful as are the reception staff. Using the online service is very effective-I can't recommend it enough
Calling 48 times to get through and even after trying all day and even at 8:30 the lines are always busy. If your not ill every other day you can't get in.
Absolutely fantastic dentist friendly staff the dentist makes you feel at ease even cured my daughter of her dentist phobia would highly recommend !!
