These guys are brilliant. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, value-for-money, polite and clean. I thoroughly recommend them for purchasing and repairs. I'd rung a few helplines and got no joy when my fridge freezer packed in but then rang them. Got through to someone immediately and they explained what might be the cause and what I could do to help myself and only when this didn't work did they suggest I needed a new one. (A mouse had chewed through the cable!!) Wish all tradesmen were like this!
Can't really recommend. Engineer came out to faulty cooker and spent all of 10 minutes diagnosing a faulty oven regulator and charged 42 saying this would come off the cost of repair when he had researched the part. Two day later. phone call to say they have found the part and that the repair would be 250!!!! We had already researched the part and found it for 30. lady on phone, sensing I was knocked back by cost (nearly cost of a new cooker) told me to go direct to Cannon as they only charge 119. Perhaps they could have told me that before taking my 42. Went elsewhere.
Had a schedulled visit as i was dealing with a faulty gas hob. Bells domestic rang me on the morning of the visit to understand the issue. They provided consultation over the phone which help me DIY the issue. Great customer service will definitely consider in the future!
