It is easier to purchase the product again that get it repaired. In the end I purchased a different product as I could not bear having to deal with the company again.Very poor, will not purchase a product sold by this company again.
Completely agree with the one star reviews below. Hisense support (a third party) is totally ridiculous. False promises of calling back (x3) false promise of sending out a replacement part. Even suggested I replaced the faulty part myself, had it arrived, thus voiding the warranty.Buying Hisense makes absolutely NO Sense at all.

ABSOLUTE disgrace and shambles of a company, no direct contact available and practically impossible to deal with directly. Their so-called repair company could not fix my broken fridge (under warranty) so i was supposed to get a replacement. Their main refrigeration suppliers P****direct are as useless. As usual very quick at taking your money during purchase but all else after that becomes less of a priority. Will never recommend yourselves or your product. Deserve 0 stars, giving one because i had no lower option. DO NOT BUY anything from these guys if you're expecting a normal service beyond purchase. STAY FAR AWAY
The number they provide is not Hisense customer service number it's a third party. Their service is the worst I ever come across. My Tv broke down and suppose to get fixed under warranty. Still to this day I am chasing them. Avoid at all case. They got my tell as well. STAY AWAY
