Staff I saw wasn't helpful at all. GP recommended us to go to A and E for the removal of pencil lead from 6years old skin. They asked us to wait for more than 3 long hours just to say they can't do anything for that. As they knew thats not the right time/place then they could have informed earlier without asking us to wait so long..
My child was born in December with multiple health conditions all the staff are amazing and caring the nurses do a fantastic job and reassuring with everything they do and I'm truly grateful for that
