Julie looked after my business and was very patient with my questions - I don't buy and sell property for a living and in fact this was the first house I have ever sold so I was pretty clueless. Tried contacting these solicitors on multiple occasions to act on my behalf for a transfer of equity. They have yet to reply and acquire my business for what is a simple transaction. If I have to chase this company to actually give them money, god knows what they'll be like if I instructed them! I doubt I'll ever get anywhere with them.
As i am a first time buyer i had no clue what and how to do i was constantly sending emails but never got replied and also not receiving my calls was more painful so instead i was using my mortgage advisor for help and they are really supportive to me. May be there were many reasons not replying and picking up calls, However once in connection the staffs were really nice and helpful finally everything is done and happy.
