I would certainly recommend Levi's for any legal matters. My dealings were in conveyance & used Team Firth. I had regular updates from the team - especially Fiona, whom I found to be very professional & supportive at the same time. I didn't need to chase anybody which made the process much smoother. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Recommended by Manning Stainton... I wish I shopped around. My first house purchase could not have been any more stressful and it was all down to the lack of cooperation with Levi's solicitors. It took 7 stressful months of my life to finally complete the mortgage and I was mislead with lies and excuses throughout.If you have Fiona Firth dealing with your case... I feel SO sorry for you. She never answers the phone or responds to emails when you want an update on your case... I even turned up at the office because I was sick of being ignored. Once the receptionist called Fiona to tell her I was there, Fiona said she was busy and called my partner to provide him with the well overdue update... I completely wasted my time.I even contacted the complaints department throughout the process and they didn't even respond.I will forever be telling anyone who is getting a mortgage to avoid Levi's at all costs.
We used when moving house, we found them very professional. They kept us up to date with what was happening and I didn't feel I had to keep chasing them, they just got on with things.
