Currently trying to purchase a house with blacks. First time buyer and also the end of the chain. it's been 3 months waiting and I still don't have a completion date. They're now putting me at risk as the seller needed a quick sale which was stated at the start. Sometimes I don't even get responses to emails. Would not recommend to anyone else.
Absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE THESE. No communication throughout my house buying process. Can never get hold of the person you need to. Ended up costing me more money due to getting the completion wrong on the property. Take no responsibility and have to deal with very argumentative people!
We have used the services of Black's commercial property services. We found Beth and Emma to be very responsive whilst adding value in raising issues and acting upon them when we had agreed them. Clear and swift communication and mutually agreed action throughout.We also had cause more recently to look at a potential claim against the business, again we were comforted by the swift and open manner in which Nathan responded.
I have recently used the legal services of Ann Robinson at Blacks. She is approachable and easy to talk to whilst being experience and professional. She has successfully supported me through complicated and demanding proceedings regarding a final financial settlement after my divorce. At times these proceedings were extremely upsetting and testing and Ann was always available with solid factual advice and an understanding of the situation. If she was not going to be available she always informed me and gave me the number and email address of her equally efficient Paralegal assistant. I would recommend Ann's legal services to anyone needing an experienced solicitor.
