The Leeds Library is a wonderful place to rest, relax and immerse yourself in the impressive collection of books on offer. A heads-up..this is a private library you have to pay to join but you can arrange a free tour and there are regular events there throughout the year. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere make it a gem in the heart of Leeds.
On travelling to Leeds, I did not know this was a private library, which you have to book an appointment for (I'm not sure if you have to pay to enter as well), and I travelled quite a way to come to Leeds and I was hoping to spend about 2 hours studying on this day, only to find that I could not get inside. Luckily The Leeds Central Library is a very easy 10 minute walk from here, it is for the public and it is much bigger than this library.
