A few months ago I made a decision never to go to this branch ever again.I would rather go to the one in town.The man behind the counter is unbelievable rude(if he still works there).Am all for keeping local post offices open but a closure of this branch wouldn't be a lose to the local community at all.
Danny the post manager is so friendly and gives great customer service, he goes out of his way to help you. It's a shame that the post office is temporarily closed, but hopefully it will be open again soon.
Top class. This guy always has a friendly smile and good chat :) Aside from that they are really helpful in this post office.
I'm really puzzled by the reviews, and why the overall is still negative, as when you read them, most of the comments are mostly positive. And quite rightly so: I have been going to this post office regularly, (as the other post office in my neighbourhood is actually really bad) and they are every time lovely! Really friendly, fast, and with attention to not overcharge you! Really unfair reviews, for a wonderful service!!!
I am not from Leeds and I went there to post my instruments. The person was the best post office cashier I have ever met, friendly, helpful, kind. Wow, I wish every post office employee would be like him, he just brightened our day ! Thanks for this outstanding customer service !
