There so friendly and very helpful, i recently had my dog nurtured and the staff were fantastic and the after care is amazing

Been using Aire vets for years. Natalie and her staff are brilliant. Always go out of their way to put your pet at ease. I have never had problems with my dogs being scared of the vet..they skip into the surgery and greet everyone like a long lost friend.UPDATEUnfortunately since Natalie left the practice has gone very much downhill. The hours are shorter which is a struggle for thise who work. I had several cancelled appointments without explaining. Was left waiting over an hour past my appointment time which i had worked my lunch to leave work early to get there for and again no explanation. The last straw was when i was charged the same for similar treatments and never got a reply when i questioned it.Sarah the vet was my only reason to continue using this practice, she is brilliant but after constant problems in other areas i left after 25 years of going there. Very sad.

Excellent veterinary caring understanding I recommend this veterinary to anybody

Cat was poorly, took to vets 25th Sept, provided with care and was informed at that appointment to contact vets if no improvement. Telephoned morning of 27th Sept, call directed to Morley out of hours who advised with information provided to take cat to usual vets. In view of my cats deteriorating condition, drove to vets ready for its opening time. No one around at its opening time, or 15 minutes after. Couldnt wait any longer due to work commitments. Spoke to staff on phone to see if had an appointment later in the day. Was informed no vet would be around until Monday. Also, as a point of feedback we requested the opening hours were adjusted to reflect when they actually opened and the person on the other end of the phone insisted they were open at 8am. I wonder Why couldnt we open the door, the bell or phone was not answered? We asked for a call back from the manager. In light of no vet available at our usual vets, We sought a veterinary centre that could provide veterinary care for our cat and lucky we did. He had been misdiagnosed at his initial appointment at Aire Vets and was kept as an inpatient at new vets from Thur - Sunday. Our cat is much better. As I would hope anyone would express their discontent with no actual vet being present at the veterinary centre, we did! And I have just received a letter and no phone call (that we requested) that our behaviour was unacceptable to Aire Vets. I wonder if there is any expectation to pets and their families that a vet might be around should a pet need them? Especially when I had been advised to return if my cat was no better. I hope Aire Vets shall reflect on how they might meet the basic expectations of their patient population. We have already found another Veterinary centre and with pleasure after or recent experiences. After 5 happy years at Aire Vets, since the it has been taken over and seen a change in staff and processes things have been far from seamless. We miss the old staff and the way it was run. Over the last few months, we telephoned to request our cats flea treatment, was informed it would take so long, turned up to collect, not ready, was requested again, turned up to collect, not ready, it was prepared/prescribed while I waited. Thank you to the staff who provided fantastic care to our pet.To the business manager that failed to look at the situation in more detail and speak with us about our experiences and aim to improve customer/patient experience prior to requesting we seek an alternative veterinary surgery, we hope you adapt this process!

Really good vets, they were fantastic when I needed to bring in a stray cat for medical treatment after a burst abscess plus neutering, they fit him in straight away and at my request, they agreed to keep him overnight to starve him for the neuter surgery, which saved me the stress of having to keep an unneutered semi-feral cat in an house with other cats.
