Only rated it 1 star as it was a sad day as i had to have my dog of 14 years put to sleep!!! The staff and everyone involved at pdsa leeds are all 5 stars and i would recommend this place to anyone who as an issue with there animals

Went with a friend to help in her hour of need with a very very poorly pud who had to be put to sleep, it was late in the day and an emergency but it still felt rushed and not too warm a send off, cold about sums it up. I know it's a place for the less well off or no benefits but this should have no baring on how one is treated, it's still a persons best friend they are dealing with. Place was very smelly and baron of kindness.

My poor storm, got an ear infection, she is loving been pampered, but hasn,t a clue i,m spiking her chicken with tablet,s. 5 more day,s then there done, then back for a check up, poor loves allergic to dust mites, gotta change my powder n use all spray,s out of her breathing space, bless.

They saved my cats life, the odds were against her. I can never thank you enough. The aftercare was brilliant, Delilah's wellbeing was priority.

Sadly lost our beautiful cat there.Unfortunately for me and any cats going there it always smelled strongly like wet dog, which can't help any cat feel comfortable at their visit. It really irritated me seeing people turning up there, seemingly not short of cash, yet they couldn't even be bothered to donate a mere 1 for their dogs vaccinating/ worming etc!Although not how we wanted our visit to go and the vet's attitude was cold & unsympathetic it seemed they did what was in their opinion best for him at that time. When we went later to follow it up with the manager we ended up having to wait an hour in the rain while they went to lunch. Then we found that they couldn't even be bothered to come out and speak to us!Highly disappointingly ignorant attitude! On a plus point the woman on reception seemed ok, it's just a shame she went at lunch time. When we went again for the last time the vet's attitude seemed better.Overall if people actually stopped being so self centred and actually donated to them then maybe more could be done to help pets! It's also just a shame it's so far away, even from the train station. So taxis were obviously seriously expensive.
