Thanks for fixing the brakes in my son's bike this afternoon-great service :D
I used this shop for a few years but I became increasingly unhappy with the service there.The last time I went in to leave it for a regular service I received a call on the way home telling me that the rear brake pads were stuck on the disk and the disk would have to be cut off, which was bizarre because I had just ridden the bike to the shop and wheeled it in the door no problem at all.I have also previously been advised that a Gold Service was only for serious racing cyclists and not for the likes of commuters like me. I just had a Gold Service at another shop and they told me I had a broken axle. If I was still following the advice of this shop I wouldn't even know about it as only a full strip down reveals it.One of the blokes just doesn't seem to like me and took personal offence if I showed any interest in bike maintenance. So that is why I don't use this shop anymore.
Went in for a fast check up. Ended up leaving with a ton of knowledge. Chris was so helpful and this is what Customer service at it finest looks like. Definitely will be giving them a visit when my bike needs servicing.
I could not recommended this bike shop more highly.The advice and quality of service is unrivalled. They have my 100% genuine trust.I could only wish that I had found them sooner and not wasted my money buying a bike online from elsewhere which was not suitable for my needs.Thanks guys
