Love this bike shop! Huge range of products, stunning bikes and kit and very keen prices. Amazing service centre really sort bikes out fast too. Cant fault any of their team who are all super helpful.
I went in to have a chat/ do some research but I found the staff a little bit patronising. Kept telling me the bike I wanted doesn't exist (something similar to Dawes Galaxy with a mixte frame which you can buy new online). I think they are very knowledgable about bikes and the custom made bikes really are very beautiful (hence 3 stars not 1) but they just made me feel quite silly to be honest. I am aware I'm not the most knowledgeable about bikes just yet but I'm trying to learn! I guess I would say go here if you are already an expert and know exactly what make and model you want and are ready to buy on the day. Maybe not the best place to just pop in and have a chat.
Been using this shop for repairs and servicing for the last year as I was unhappy with the service from the shop I had been using before. Cannot recommend this shop enough for any biking needs, knowledgeable staff and great service!
I had my bike and wheels serviced here recently. Fairly priced, great customer service and quick, I would highly recommend them. I had an issue with the rear wheel following the service so I took it back. They explained what had caused it, advised me how to stop it happening again and rectified it on the spot free of charge. I will be using them for all my bike servicing and repair needs going forward.
Very friendly, professional, good and quick service. They sorted my bike within a day. It definitely is the best bike shop in the area. I highly recommend if you want to fix your bike, buy a new one or need an advice. Well done;)
