Top bike shop. Yas was friendly and personable relating to any bike queries or repairs. Taken my road and full sus mountain bike to him and he's got them both riding great! Was previously secpital about taking my bikes in for repair, for fear of high bills or poor customer service, but wouldn't hesitate to go back in future. Some great gear to buy in the shop as well

Very pleased with the service I received at LifeCycles, I was planning on changing the tires for something more puncture resistant as I was experiencing way too many punctures, I was advised to go with the schwalbe marathon tyres, Fantastic choice so smooth and light weight. I was informed by the staff at Halfords my brake pads where extremely worn and would need to be replaced, but after the free bike check I received from LifeCycles I was told the pads where fine with plenty left on them, found this to be very honest of them as some bike shops would see this as an opportunity of making money. So new tyres fitted along with new chain as it was stretched, GRATE SERVICE , HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also to mention the rear tube was upgraded to a heavy duty slime tube to match the one i already had on the front completely free of charge.
Came this morning (Sat 2nd Feb) at 8 AM the stated opening time and waited for an hour looking at a shuttered door in the cold. No notice on the shutter, no notice on facebook, no phone redirect in place or message or answerphone available. Shame, I saw the good reviews but had to spend my money in cycle republic instead. I would be open to returning if offered a genuine explanation.
Excellent service. Had a repair (Nexus gears) to my electric bike. They identified some maintenance issues and did all the work efficiently and at a reasonable cost.
