It was used as a venue for a speed awareness course. So the opportunity to have a look round didn't really come up.It does look like it would make for an interesting visit. I'm sure it's invaluable to the student doctors and nurses from the adjacent Hospital, to see how medical and surgical procedures have developed. Very gory early days.Good parking right in front of this glorious old building, (of course it costs), its prime location, it won't cost an arm or a leg. There is also a cafe located in the museum too, it's not Cordon Bleu though, more transport cafe. But you can wet your whistle and munch some toast or a bun.

Certainly an overrated museum. Have been wanting to visit here since living in Leeds for a short time a few years ago but never got around to it.The place is in dire need of investment and seems more akin to being a place for school trips for primary school children. Some of the exhibits are really cool like intricately crafted bullet extractors from the 17th century but the interesting stuff is few and far between.Admission being 8 for an adult is a little over what I would have paid for the experience but the price of the parking also impacts negatively to the value.

Fantastic Historical Museum. Covers a range of time periods throughout the Britain's Era. Phenomenal Exhibitions, Presentations, Information. Great to go for a history class trip. Would definitely recommend going here if you're interested in History.

Love this place! so many games and interactive activities here, been coming for many years so things are pretty much the same but im looking forward to the apparent new redevelopment! kids love it here. great day out for the family... Thank You!!

Really good few hours spent here! Seriously interesting stuff and the exhibits were fabulous. As 2 health care professionals, my husband and I enjoyed learning a back history of the field we work in. The ticket is valid for a year for as many visits as you like too. Quirky gift shop too.
