A great open space gifted to the community and controlled by leeds city council . Has several small car parks on the outer edges and one in the centre near the Japanese garden . This has been redone in recent years and being enclosed can be nice and peaceful . Theres a childrens play area too and a skate park at the bottom end near the cricket pitch . There is a restaurant in the middle of the park !! Some good walking even for a wheelchair whilst the urban/suburban traffic rumbles around its outer edges . Does have an ice cream van in summer near childrens area
Great Park for walking and getting away from it all. Japanese garden is very peaceful and relaxing
A great park and playground. If there was a cafe located near the playground area it would be 5*.
Love the park and especially the cricket club - open daily for walkers to call in for food or a beer... activities for kids too
This is a really nice open space that's enclosed enough to feel more rural than urban. Very dog friendly and there's an enclosed play park for kids. Perfect for a stroll with a Starbucks from across the road.
