Like the area. Has lots of students and a nice big park. Houses look to be pre war era. Near to Leeds University. Has plenty of shops, takeaways etc. Seems to have a variation of students and families with young children. Around a mile away from the city centre.
Beautiful park in the middle of the city. Just perfect for a country stroll.

Lovely old Victorian park with skate park and kiddies play area. Very easy access from surrounding streets and via numerous bus services that run through the city centre. Heaving in early summer but quieter during University holidays and winter. We had a nice stroll through today with the sun setting and the leaves falling all around. Pretty clean and tidy too - the only thing that lets it down a bit is the amount of graffiti, and in particular it's sad to see some of those lovely old trees defaced with it.
Great open public space with skate park and grass fields. Not well lit at night but be sensible and walk around it where the streets are. Great place in the summer with various festivals.
