My buying experience was absolutely great, there was no pressure from the sales team, they were happy to help and honest. The process was nice and relaxed from start to finish. The car was ready for collection earlier than they guessed and made arrangements to help me out as best as they could. I did have an issue with the car week or so later which I reported and the garage arranged to collect the car to be looked at. Due to issues beyond their control my car was kept by them a little longer than it should have been, but I was well informed of the issues and anything arranged was delivered as promised, whether that was a call or the collection. In any case if you speak to them, they generally are able/happy to help.
First Mot, garage clean and tidy, friendly staff. Car sales next door owned by Brooklands has a comfy seated area with television and drinks while you wait. Will use again, highly recommended!!!!
