I can't understand how this dealership has got 5 stars, I wanted to part exchange my car the salesperson asked me how much I thought it was worth and when I told her she said it isn't worth that, I asked how much was it worth and she replied not your figure without even seeing the car. One thing is, there are a lot of Ford dealers around, nobody needs this one. Staff totally uninterested.. Again buy somewhere else.
