Call lookers ford and book my fiesta in to sort out some auto transmission issue.,night before some one ring me and tell me the diagnostic will cost me 95pounds .,lam try to explain that car only 4 years old with 19000miles only and problems with transmission is part of extending warranty.....been told is 95pounds need to be pay any way. After drop my car of to the dealer 9am ,been waiting all day for the phone call.,....ring them my self later afternoon and been told is no one been look on my car yet and them will push in for tomorrow morning. Next day come straight to the ford just to find out how is the progress with my car .,very surprised that is 1:30pm and my car never been in workshop yet....very disappointed of the service ford provides to the costumers and is useless book appointment, hold car for two days with out been look on the problem if them so busy.,absolutely not happy

The query, while important to me, clearly wasn't important to them as I was passed around from one desk to another until they could play the "everyone has gone home" card. I went to an independent local garage instead; they were both helpful and courteous - something you need to learn from. As someone who has been driving Fords for over 25 years and been to a lot of dealerships in my time, I can state with 100% certainty after my first experience at Lookers Ford that I won't ever be your customer now. First impressions count for a lot and the impression you left me with was bad!
I went here to buy a car after finding the one I wanted online. Had a test drive with Antony and he made sure the car was the right one for me, and made sure that a couple of issues on it got fixed properly (including fitting a new battery). Very pleased with the service, and Antony genuinely seemed to care whether or not I was happy.Got sold an extra that it turns out was not at all worth it, and still receiving spam 2 years on.
Always very well looked after. Staff are all so friendly and professional. A very personal service. Never feel a nuisance no matter how small the problem. Always appreciating quality care and service.
