This is my regular garage for all repairs and mot for my skoda car. I am due a service and mot at the end of January uptil the first week of February. It is always difficult to park next to the main building. They have a warm and comfortable waiting area with free hot drinks machine and a television to watch. I will give more information after my mot and service in two weeks time

My car was in to investigate an intermittent fault, when I went to collect it we noticed a chip in the paint on one of the doors. Normally I'd have expected some debate regarding fault, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was booked into to body shop a week later and I was given a courtesy car. No arguments, just excellent customer service from the servicing and body shop teams. I've been happy with D. M. Keith since I bought my car 2 years ago, but this just showed another level of excellent customer service!
